We see patients by appointment. Our hours
are
- Monday from 9:AM to 8:PM
- Tuesday from 8:AM to 6:PM
- Wednesday from 9:AM to 8:PM
- Thursday from 10:AM to 8:PM - Alternate
- Fridays from 8:AM to 1:PM and
- Sundays 10:AM to 4:PM.
- We have emergency, after hours, availability
for established patients.

20 years we have been located at the prestigious
Gerard Towers in Forest Hills New York.
We are centrally located to all buses and the IND subway's
E, F, or G trains. Continental Ave.
Forest Hills is the station stop. Green Line buses, stop at
Yellowstone Blvd. We provide complementary on site parking.
